Thomas Davis

Thomas Davis IV is an African American mindfulness and life teacher who has devoted over 25 years of study, practice, and service within progressive spiritual communities including: Buddhist, Christian, and essential community-based institutions. As a leader and teacher, Thomas has earned the respect of practitioners within queer, trans, and straight communities because he demonstrates the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusivity for the full spectrum of people that make up our present-day society.

Thomas understands that being an intuitive leader requires one to understand the unique challenges of finding, trusting, and expressing one’s authentic voice, which initially can be an obscure and elusive learning edge for many people. Thomas teaches and mentors people through many aspects of these active-living processes, so that we may show up equipped and prepared to offer our best to our communities.
